richI had a stroke at age 35 from a pain killer I took from a hospital in Cambodia, for a pain in my leg four years ago. Now, 90% of people who have a stroke get depressed, so if this worked for me then it should work for everyone.

Before my stroke in 2011 I was a marquee foreman supervising a team of up to 15 people, working at events all over the UK. After the stroke I can no longer use my right hand, and my right arm is weak. I walk slowly with a limp because my leg is now weakened, my foot does not fall flat on the ground and I find going downstairs extremely difficult to manage. My short term memory was severely impaired, to the point where I couldn’t remember anything from five minutes before hand. But it is now improving dramatically due to the methods I have shared in this course. I can no longer work, so I live on a very limited budget from the UK government.

Despite these difficulties I am now the happiest I have ever been. You can be too if you think yourself happy!
