I go for a walk in nature every day as well and that’s when I do my meditation, thank you’s etc 😁
And just try not to be on your phone all the time helps a lot too.
When I’m fit and healthy again I’m going to spend more time outside and in the countryside and less time on my phone/computer etc and I suggest you guys do the same because life is so short and I’ve spent the last 14 years incapacitated because of my health so when I’m healthy again I want to make the most of my time because I’m 50 in November and I’ve wasted enough time having a stroke and the long recovery, I’m still recovering mentally now and every day I get a bit better. Especially now I’ve just given up smoking 😁
