All you have to do is worry about yourself. Personal hygene, diet, eat as much organic fruit and veg as you can daily, do the cacao for the zinc and other benefits to protect you from ALL virus, and any other things you like about my diet, do the thank you’s, which are endless when you get started hehe But narrow it down to the important ones like, thank you for today, thank you for the roof over my head, thank you for the food I’ve eaten, thank you for the money I spend, thank you for the money I have, thank you for £@@@@@@@@ insert amout here, and so on………

A daily practise is what it takes, 2 is better, but flexable because it’s up to you and your the master of your world 🙂
