I just watched Charlie Ward and Dr Ardis, he was the one that took down Boris Johnson in court and made him resign over covid in 2020 🙂

He said that nicotine cures covid, nicotine patches cure autism in 6 days, there’s nicotine in lots of veg, there’s nicotine in every cell of our bodies and most importantly……..NICOTINE IS NOT ADDICTIVE whoop whoop 🙂

He also said that you won’t be able to buy cigerates in the UK after 2030….

I guess the powers that be know exatly how benificial nicotine is 😦

I’ve been a veggie and fish only for over 10 years, but I watched a couple of videos, and read up on grass fed beef and lambs.

What I learnt is that if you cut out the veg and just eat meat, lamb, beef, eggs etc you will be much healthier because it’s got all the nutrients you need and if you eat veg with your steak, for instance, the veg has stuff in it that turns off the things that absorb the nutrients from the meat 🙂

I had a steak and a few tomatoes last night about 6pm and I didn’t snack on nuts a few hours later, like I normally do. Woke up this morning, had an apple and half way through I realised that I wasn’t hungry.

It’s 14.46 on Saturday now, and I’m still not hungry 🙂

I bought a tenners worth of grass fed meat from my local butcher yesterday and spilt it in to 5 and put it in the freezer. Tomorow I will have frided beef and 2 eggs for breakfast, as recommened by someone who has been on this type of diet for years 🙂

It’s all about my health mate and what we put in our bodies every day is really important in my opinion.

100% cotten is best for clothing and all the poleyesters etc vibrate at low freqencys simlar to death, I think it vibrates at about 15, when we should be wearing 100% cotten etc which vibres at 100 🙂

I have satin boxer shorts, so now after I’v just brought 10 pairs of satin boxers, I’m now gonna have to change them all to 100% hemp………bummer haha
