The whole covid thing is a scam to shut down the worlds econemy for The Great Reset where you will own nothing and be happy hahaha fortunatly Trump and the Alliance have a counter plan to go to a gold backed currency around the world. WOW…. so much has happened….Q led me down loads of rabbit holes and I found out about the world wide human trafficking by the eliet’s of the world and the stuff they do, evil, so evil that I won’t go in to it.

Now I am living with my sister and her 2 children, Rosa 9 and Holly 7 for a while.  I shall also be driving again soon, I just filled out the form yesterday for Cornwall Mobility and should have my test soon. I can’t wait to be on the road again.

I’m now doing exercises most days. I’m doing them with Deepak on Skype with 9zest. I’ve been doing them since October now, its getting a bit easier but its hard to do them every single day. Sometimes I just have to have a day off, usually one or twice a week. I do them Tuesdays and Thursdays with Deepak and the rest of the time on my own but I recorded one session on Skype so I can remember them. I realised recently that my memory is still bad, especially my short term memory.

I’m still meditating most days. I bought something called Zen12 meditations. It’s got 12 levels, all 12 minutes long and you move up a level every month. I’m on level 8 now. The higher the level the deeper the meditation. It has binaural beats so they get more intense as you progress. I highly recommend it to people who are interested in meditation as its easy to use.
